COOPER Design Build has been recognized at the 2026 Oregon Home Structure & Style Awards, earning another honor for its residential remodeling work.
BEAVERTON, OR, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — COOPER Design Build, a residential design-build firm serving Portland and the surrounding communities, has received a 2026 Oregon Home Structure & Style Award in the Exterior Remodel, Outdoor Living, Over $75,000 category. Presented by Oregon Home magazine, the award recognizes the company’s transformation of the outdoor living areas of a 1930s Tudor home.
The award-winning project followed a complete interior renovation of the property, with the homeowners turning their attention to creating an outdoor space for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The renovation connects indoor and outdoor living through a kitchen with a pass-through awning window, while flagstone pathways and a swimming pool with a travertine surround provide spaces for gatherings of different sizes.
Led by Staci Riordan, the project brings together the home’s traditional architectural character and the family’s contemporary lifestyle. The award also marks another recognition for COOPER Design Build from Oregon Home, following its 2024 Structure & Style Award for the renovation of a historic Craftsman bathroom in Portland’s Mt. Tabor neighborhood.
