Mary Mistletoe puts a seasonal twist on Chicken Salad Chick’s signature chicken salad, balancing sweet cranberries with a savory blend of rosemary, sage and thyme for a flavor that captures the comforting taste of the season.

Available now through Jan. 2, 2027, guests can enjoy this limited-time offering as a scoop, sandwich, melt or Quick Chick. Mary Mistletoe is also available as a featured flavor in catering offerings, making it a festive addition to holiday gatherings.

In the spirit of the holiday season, Chicken Salad Chick is also bringing back its annual Giving Card promotion, which has raised more than $2 million for childhood cancer research and food banks nationwide. For $5, guests can purchase a Giving Card and receive access to more than $75 in monthly rewards redeemable through the Chicken Salad Chick app. Proceeds benefit CURE Childhood Cancer and local food organizations dedicated to fighting hunger in their communities. Giving Cards are available at all Chicken Salad Chick locations through Dec. 31, 2026.
