Munsch Hardt continues to expand its Corporate & Securities practice with the addition of Shareholder Austin Freeman.
His experience spans technology, entertainment, wholesale distribution, wealth management, insurance and consumer goods.

Freeman began his career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, advising on complex transactions before choosing to focus on middle-market M&A. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
