WARWICKSHIRE, UK / ACCESS Newswire / September 16, 2026 / A new financial services provider has launched with the aim of countering the “computer says no” culture which leaves many consumers frustrated and beset by delays.

Campden Brook, based at Haydon House in Chipping Campden, specialises in mortgages and protection, while collaborating with accredited specialist partners to support clients across commercial loans, bridging finance, and later life lending (equity release). A comprehensive overview of the practice’s advisory services is available at campdenbrook.co.uk.
The business has been set up so that a client’s paperwork only needs submitting once. Rather than a buyer repeatedly providing the same payslips, bank statements and identification to different parties during a property transaction, the firm has designed a single, secure digital journey, with proprietary onboarding technology supporting document verification.
Mike Siviter, Advising Principal at Campden Brook, said: “Advisers work in Smart Pods, with one qualified adviser supported by two dedicated administrators who take on document chasing, lender contact and case processing that would otherwise eat into a broker’s week. In practice, that gives advisers time to listen to clients rather than racing between calls.
“Our technology also creates an automated compliance trail designed around the FCA’s Consumer Duty requirements, reducing the administrative burden on advisers.”
Campden Brook says the approach is designed to reduce communication delays, repeated document requests and unnecessary friction across property transactions.
Mr Siviter continued: “Most of what we do comes down to representing a client’s finances properly to a lender. Contractors, company directors, people with more than one income stream – none of that is unusual, but it does not always fit neatly into a high-street bank’s system, and no is not always the right answer.
“We would rather take the time to build the full picture and put it in front of a lender who understands it.
“It’s very rare you get the opportunity to put into practice all the things you would like to do if you had the immediate manpower. After 35 plus years in the Financial Services arena as an adviser, manager of people and a business owner, I now have the potential to shape a new way forward in helping clients and advisers maximise their potential in so many ways, by calling on all my experience to back us all up.”
Tracey Newman, Operations Director, said: “I’m genuinely excited about being part of Campden Brook. Bringing great people into the business is incredibly important to me, and I know our experience, passion and commitment to clients will make a real difference. I’m looking forward to seeing us grow and succeed.”
The practice combines what it describes as traditional private-practice standards of care with technology designed to remove repetitive administration from both the client and adviser journey.
Campden Brook is also building its adviser base around the same model. Experienced brokers joining the practice will be supported by dedicated administrators and technology intended to leave them spending more of their working week on client advice rather than back-office processing.
Alongside external recruitment, the firm is developing its own route into the profession, with plans to support case administrators through CeMAP qualification, supervised development and ultimately into qualified adviser roles.
