BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) (“BitGo” or the “Company”), the digital asset infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer, effective as of September 21, 2026. In this role, Mr. Rozman will oversee BitGo’s enterprise-wide compliance and financial crime programs, leading engagement with regulators, examiners, and banking authorities across BitGo’s legal entities globally.
Mr. Rozman is a seasoned risk, legal and compliance executive with over 25 years of experience building scalable anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance frameworks across traditional banking, market utilities, and digital assets. He joins BitGo from Exodus Movement, Inc., where he served as Chief Compliance Officer beginning in May of 2024. He previously served as Head of Global Compliance at Polygon Technology, as Head of Financial Crime Compliance at CLS Bank International, a systemically important financial market utility for global FX settlement, and earlier provided core AML advisory services to global financial institutions at Deloitte and Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse).
Mr. Rozman serves on the board of the Association of International Bank Audit and Compliance Professionals, Inc. (AIBACP) and previously served as a director on the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board), where he chaired the Audit & Risk Committee.
“Alex is a key addition to BitGo’s leadership team as we aim to scale the business and drive innovation globally,” said Mike Belshe, CEO and Co-founder of BitGo. “He has spent his career helping regulated institutions manage risk in complex and evolving environments. His experience will be key to expanding BitGo’s institutional footprint, strengthening our risk management processes, and staying ahead of regulatory developments in every market we serve.”
“BitGo has built the infrastructure that institutions rely on to operate onchain, and I am excited by the opportunity to work with this remarkable team,” said Mr. Rozman. “The companies that succeed in this rapidly evolving financial system will be those that treat compliance as core infrastructure, as BitGo has done for many years. I look forward to helping BitGo scale that discipline as it expands into new markets and products.”
